A Good Day to Dye


In the 2009-2010 school year, the Silk Road Project began piloting a program called Silk Road Connect in sixth-grade classrooms in New York City.

This film was made following our initial two-day workshop with participating teachers, who had a chance to get hands-on experience working with one component of the Silk Road Connect program: indigo dye.
